You will choose 60 credits worth of course units. If you wish to take only one core, you must enrol in an additional 30 credits outside the course, with the approval of the programme director. You may wish to take both core courses, or only one. These units address questions that are at the heart of literary and cultural studies, and will give you conceptual tools relevant to all of the units offered in the second semester.
